Our Impact
Composting Coffee Grounds
To tackle food waste and reduce methane emissions, we’ve partnered with 10+ local cafés and farms to collect over 3000+ pounds of used coffee grounds. Instead of ending up in landfills, this organic waste is now being turned into nutrient-rich compost to support sustainable farming.
Climate Education & Workshops
We’ve led interactive workshops on food waste attended by over 100 participants, sparking important conversations around sustainability, composting, and mindful consumption. Our educational outreach continues to grow as we equip students and communities with tools to lead climate-conscious lives.
Voices from the Ground
We’ve conducted interviews with over 20 café owners, Starbucks managers, and school food service directors to better understand food disposal practices and identify opportunities for change. These conversations help us advocate for more sustainable business models and strengthen our partnerships with local stakeholders.
